What are Advizo workflows?

A workflow in Advizo is simply your ideal process, written down and automated.

 With Advizo, you control every part of your workflow: you can add, remove or reorder stages, define what triggers the next step, choose who receives each task, and decide which emails, SMS messages or portal updates are sent and when.

The core framework is already built for you, but every detail is fully customisable to how your firm works.

Tasks assign themselves automatically based on rules you set—no more notebooks, Outlook reminders or hidden spreadsheets. You choose when tasks are created (such as at New Lead, DIP Accepted, or Offer Issued), who they’re assigned to (a specific person or a role like Admin – Glasgow Team), how quickly they’re due, and what happens if they’re not completed on time, including reminders, escalation or reassignment.

Every adviser sees a clear, simple “Today” list, while managers get full visibility of workload and progress across the entire firm.

A new lead enters Advizo from your website, introducer portal or Facebook form. The system instantly creates the case, assigns a task to call the lead, sends a welcome message with your booking link and drops them into your New Leads pipeline.
